Cancellation and Refund Policy

We at Aspiring SMEs aim to provide high-quality services to all our clients. We understand that sometimes plans may change, and we strive to offer a fair cancellation and refund policy.

If you wish to cancel a service, please notify us within 24 hours of placing the order or booking.

Cancellations made beyond 24 hours may not be eligible for a refund, especially if the service has already been initiated.

2. Refunds:

Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 7–10 working days of approval.

Refunds will be made to the original payment method.

No refunds will be provided for:

Services already delivered or partially availed

Digital products already downloaded or accessed

Missed online sessions without prior notice

Aspiring SMEs primarily offers digital services and online resources. However, in case of any physical goods or printed materials being offered in the future, the following policy applies.

1. Digital Deliveries:

Access to digital products (eBooks, templates, webinar links, etc.) will be sent via email or made available on your dashboard within 24–48 hours of successful payment.

Please ensure your email ID is entered correctly during checkout.

2. Physical Shipping (If Applicable):

We deliver within India through trusted courier partners.

Orders are dispatched within 2–4 working days and delivered within 5–10 working days, depending on your location.

Tracking details will be emailed once the product is shipped.

3. Delivery Delays:

We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by natural calamities, courier company delays, or other unavoidable circumstances.

4. Damaged or Lost Orders:

If your order is lost or damaged in transit, please contact us within 3 days of delivery. We’ll work to resolve the issue promptly.
