We at Aspiring SMEs aim to provide high-quality services to all our clients. We understand that sometimes plans may change, and we strive to offer a fair cancellation and refund policy.
If you wish to cancel a service, please notify us within 24 hours of placing the order or booking.
Cancellations made beyond 24 hours may not be eligible for a refund, especially if the service has already been initiated.
Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 7–10 working days of approval.
Refunds will be made to the original payment method.
No refunds will be provided for:
Services already delivered or partially availed
Missed online sessions without prior notice

Aspiring SMEs primarily offers digital services and online resources. However, in case of any physical goods or printed materials being offered in the future, the following policy applies.
