  • IFCI Ltd. & Federation of Indian of Micro Small & Medium Enterprise (FISME) have created "Centre of Excellence for Aspiring SMEs (CoE)" to provide handholding support in the growth of small & medium enterprises (SMEs) sector.
  • We focus on assisting SMEs in accessing funds - Equity Capital through IPO or otherwise/Quasi Equity Capital through Private Equity/Venture Capital Funds/Capital Markets
  • We also offer other support services including equity/business valuations, legal counsel and business reorganizations including Joint ventures/collaborations/technology tie-ups etc.

In growth stage where small enterprises graduate into medium enterprises, they often require significant amount of capital which cannot be bought in by the promoters themselves. Centre of Excellence is an initiative to help such enterprises to become external equity ready and facilitating access to adequete funding in their growth stage.
