This report has been segregated into various broad sections that individually and collectively bring forth the various aspects that are instrumental for deciding the optimum course of action by FISME for power needs of SMEs and industrial areas. The report seeks to be a judicious mix of all relevant facts affecting the sector in general and industrial areas/SME clusters in particular, PTC’s knowledge base and experience in the segment, expected developments and impact thereof and analysis based on site visit (Begrajpur Industrial Area, Muzaffarnagar) and facts provided to PTC and assumptions that would be realistic in the scenario.
